Gary Christian follows USMTS to Mississippi

Oklahoma’s Gary Christian trekked to Mississippi over the weekend as the United States Modified Touring Series (USMTS) visited a pair of Gulf Coast bullrings.

On Friday at Hattiesburg Speedway, Christian recorded a ninth-place finish in the opener and matched that result in Saturday’s program.

He then made the 40-minute trip south to Mitchell’s Motorplex in Perkinston, where he added another ninth-place finish to complete a consistent weekend.

Christian is currently ninth in the latest USMTS point standings.
