Christian rolls to pair of 7th-place finishes in Deuces Wild
The USRA American Racer Modified Series (ARMS) wrapped up its 2025 campaign on Friday and Saturday with the Deuces Wild event at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track. Competing among more than 60 USRA Modifieds each night, Gary Christian turned in two top-10 results.
In Friday's opener at the 4/10-mile clay oval near Fort Worth, Christian drove from seventh to fourth in his heat race aboard his Smith Equipment Company No. 58x ride. He won his B-Main from the front row and rolled off 19th to begin the $2,000-to-win main event. He picked up 12 spots in the 20-lapper and finished seventh.
On Saturday, Christian started 11th in the 25-lap, $2,000-to-win A-Main after taking the runner-up spot in his heat. He steered to a seventh-place finish in the feature for the second consecutive night.
Despite not running all the series races in 2025, Christian secured the fifth spot in the final ARMS point standings.
